The primary role of the Executive Committee is to advise the California Cut Flower Commission Board of Commissioners on matters pertaining to the operation of the California Cut Flower Commission and to act on behalf of the Commission between meetings of the Board of Commissioners.

Nominating/ByLaws:
The primary role of the Nominating/ByLaws Committee is to advise the California Cut Flower Commission Board of Commissioners on matters pertaining to the election, nomination and/or appointment of Commissioners and Alternates to the California Cut Flower Commission Board of Commissioners. The Nominating/ByLaws Committee also provides recommendations for the election of officers of the California Cut Flower Commission. Additionally, the Nominating/ByLaws Committee reviews the California Cut Flower Commission ByLaws and recommends modifications as warranted by adjustments to day to day operations and/or policy changes.
