Governmental Relations
The California Cut Flower Commission Government Relations Committee mission is to develop and execute an achievable government relations program to monitor and inform governmental and regulatory bodies of their impact upon the California cut flower and greens industry. The committee also presents facts to, and negotiates with, government agencies on matters which affect cut flowers and/or cut greens.
Governmental Relations Committee members are Bonnie Fernandez (California Wheat Commission/CCFC public member), Phil Kenney (Mellano & Co), Don Marek (Topstar), Frank Siri (Calla Co), Erik Van Wingerden (Myriad), and committee chairperson June Van Wingerden (Ocean Breeze International).
